The Bixby Metro Chamber produces an annual publication known as the Bixby Living Guide. This magazine serves as an informational magazine used to promote Chamber Member businesses to current residents, newcomers, other businesses and visitors. The Bixby Living serves as a great resource to businesses and consumers looking to move to the City of Bixby.
The distribution date is early summer, with 8,000 copies going out to residents and businesses throughout the Bixby and South Tulsa areas. In addition to print distribution, an online magazine version is also available on the Chamber website for anyone to view.
This weekly email includes announcements and updates of all Bixby Metro Chamber events, committee meetings, community events and Member business news. The weekly eNewsletter is broadcast to all BMC Members, elected officials, and city leaders.
Market your services and products to new residents in the South Tulsa Metro Area. The Chamber sends a Welcome Letter to residents that move into the area and fall into a specific demographic group. Chamber Members have the opportunity to invite these consumers to do business with you by advertising a special offer.
As a bonus to your exposure, you will also receive a complete listing of each new resident's address. Build your mailing list database – follow up with solicitations to these potential customers – let your future customers know every time you run a sale or special promotion.
The Chamber’s Welcome New Resident Packet is distributed to approximately 1,400 new residents per year. Members marketing materials are inserted into each packet free. Also included in the Packet is the Chamber Map, Bixby Living Magazine as well as information provided by other Chamber Members.
The Packet Features the Welcome Letter which your business can place a banner ad on. Sponsorship options for the actual bag are also available with your company logo and contact information. This sponsorship provides prime exposure for businesses seeking to get the attention of new residents in our community.
