Utilities
If you are new to our city or perhaps are planning your move, offered here are the necessary contacts you’ll need to establish the necessary services for your home or business.
Electric
Most communities only offer one source for electricity. But, Bixby offers three.
Bixby is served by three major electric utilities, AEP / Public Service Company of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Gas & Electric, and East Central Electric Co-op. This unusual situation generates competition by allowing prospective businesses to "shop around" for the best rates and services. While generally north of the river is AEP/PSO and south of the river there is a choice, you should call the City of Bixby at 366-4430 to inquire as to which electric source is present in your neighborhood.
Natural Gas
Need natural gas? Bixby is supplied by Oklahoma Natural Gas with vast reserves and some of the nation's most favorable rates.
Telephone/High Speed Internet/TV
