A: : Each ticket costs $25 USD and there is no limit on how many tickets a single individual can purchase. Also remember that buying multiple tickets increases your chance of winning a prize this year.

Q: What do you do with any contact or marketing information that you collect?

A: The marketing data is used only to help us better promote the raffle next year. The more we know about the people who like this type of raffle, the more successful the next campaign will be. We do not sell, loan, or otherwise provide contact/marketing information with anyone else.

Q: Is my credit card number secure?

A: Yes, your credit card is collected on a secure server and is encrypted for your security.

Q: I did not receive my email confirmation. What do I do now?

A: When you place an online ticket order, your credit card is processed. If the credit card is accepted, your online ticket confirmation is emailed to you within 24 hours and a copy of the ticket entry mailed within 5 business days. When you order by phone or mail, the ticket will be sent to you within 5 business days to the mailing address provided. This email will be sent to the email address you entered on the signup screen. One possible reason you did not receive it may be because the email address was typed incorrectly. For any questions or problems receiving email and/or mailed ticket copy, please send a message to dreamcar@bixbychamber.com, giving your name, mailing address, and email address.

Q: Which credit cards do you accept?

A: We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also send a check if you prefer by printing out the order form and sending a check with the order form to: Bixby 2006 Dream Car Raffle. Click here for mail-in order form.

Q: How soon do I get confirmation of my ticket purchase?

A: When you place an online ticket order, your credit card is processed. If the credit card is accepted, your online certificate is emailed to you within 24 hours and a copy of the ticket entry mailed within 5 business days. When you order by phone or mail, the ticket will be sent to you within 5 business days to the mailing address provided.

Q: I don't want to get junk mail, will you protect my email address?

A: The email address you give us will only be used by us to promote the current and future advertising of the Bixby Dream. If at anytime you wish us to discontinue sending you information, you can contact us with your request. Your email address will not be sold to anyone and it will be secured on our servers.

Q: What is the latest date I can order a ticket?

A: Tickets can be ordered online until 12:00 p.m. (CST) September 22, 2006.

Q: Are the certificates/tickets consecutively numbered?

A: Yes, they are consecutively numbered.

Q: Can my raffle ticket purchase be used as a tax deduction?

A: No. Ticket price is not allowable as a charitable contribution deduction under I.R.S. Sec. 170. You should always check with your tax advisor for additional information.

Q: Can I "Gift" my winnings to another person?

A: Yes. When you are contacted about your winnings and the proof of ownership is done, you can then declare the name of the person to receive the winnings. However, taxes, licenses, fees and withholding taxes must all be paid by the winner or assignee.

Q: What if all tickets are not sold?

A: If fewer than 2500 tickets are sold, the Grand Prize drawing will be for one half of the total collected entries less expenses, payable by check to the winner (50/50 pot). The vehicle will not be awarded in that event.

Q: The MSRP of the dream car is $35,500. If I win and I select a car that is less than that, do I receive cash back for the difference.

A: No cash back will be given back. The winner may select a dream car UP to the $35,500 value.

A: The winner may select a dream car UP to the $35,500 value. Any additional cost above that amount will be the responsibility of the winner.

A: Proceeds from this event will benefit community and business development programs and services offered by the Bixby Chamber of Commerce.
